(Broker/Dealer, etc.)- Printed matter can be sent at time of initial printing locally, nationally and internationally for distribution immediately after print/bind process.

Data Conversion

Client address data are compared to those contained in a database supplied to us by the United States Postal Service (USPS) (we are licensees). Addresses are standardized. Zip Plus 4 and an 11 digit Postnet Barcode are added to recognizable addresses, allowing for:

• Faster delivery time on qualifying mail.


• Discounts on Postage. Generally, about 90% of client mailing lists qualify for reduced rate postage. Discounts on qualifying First Class Mail range from 4.6 cents per unit to as much as 6.2 cents per unit. Bulk mail discounts range from 1.1 cents per unit to 6 cents per unit.
• Improved accuracy and deliverability of client mailing lists.


• NCOA qualification for First Class Pre-Sort mailings.


• Client databases and special distribution and mailing lists can be maintained and updated on an ongoing basis.

Mailing Services (General)

Ink Jet (Direct Image) addressing (Color & Black Inks), Cheshire labeling, mechanical and hand inserting, hand assembly (presentation and press kits, etc.), poly bagging, bursting, paper stamp affixing, high speed metering and wafer sealing (both in and off line).

Computer Services

(In addition to data processing) Mail merges performed and flatbed scanners used for digitizing signatures and graphics for use with laser printers. Files sent and accepted electronically via e-mail or FTP, or provided on computer media (e.g. CD-ROMs, Zip disks, floppy diskettes, etc).

Laser Printing and Production Duplicating

High quality laser printing. Personalized letters and documents. Size to 11 x 17, duplex capability. Prints scannable UPC type bar code.

Offset Printing

Full service offset printing. Black, PMS, and process color printing. From original artwork or directly to plate from client computer files.

Warehousing

Materials can be stored on an ongoing basis for distribution and mailing. Charges are incurred on a per skid basis. We are unable to offer clients dead storage.

Pick and Pack

Orders for various materials can be 1) Called in, 2) Faxed in, and 3) Electronically sent in. In the instance of electronic transfer of orders, a dedicated network can be set up from client to Apple with customized screens. Client postage credit accounts are set up and maintained.

Shipment Tracking and Tracing

Accomplished through Federal Express, United Parcel Service, etc. Shipping (freight) charges can be billed directly to client, or billed at cost.

Inventory Control

Provided on a predetermined regular basis to clients to ensure that adequate materials are always on hand. It is accomplished through the use of Microsoft Excel, which affords the ability to track inventory on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis for later analysis which can be used by clients to determine periods of increased interest/activity.

Web-Based Fulfillment

On-line order and tracking system custom designed to your specifications. Provides your team with the necessary tools to order materials and track shipments from any computer with internet access. Also includes a wide array of reporting functions to track material usage based upon numerous variables.
